Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Framer / Senior Carpenter with 10+ years of residential framing experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can work independently, read plans accurately, solve problems in the field, and help lead crews while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Frame custom homes, additions, remodels, and ADUs
* Read and interpret architectural and structural plans
* Layout walls, floors, roofs, beams, and structural components
* Lead and mentor crew members
* Coordinate with project managers and other trades
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
* Ensure work meets company quality standards and building codes
* Solve field issues efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of residential framing experience
* Excellent blueprint reading skills
* Strong understanding of California residential building practices
* Leadership experience preferred
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
