Span executive support including calendar, travel, expenses, and correspondence and hands-on campaign coordination across national, digital, and talent publicity efforts.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Manage the phones, calendar, travel, expenses, invoices, and day-to-day operations of the SVP of National Publicity.
• Coordinate and schedule all team meetings.
• Communicate daily with executives, filmmakers and talent representatives.
• Assist with drafting filmmaker and talent schedules and inputting relevant updates (i.
e.
event details, travel, glam/grooming, security, etc.
).
• Manage all travel arrangements and logistics for filmmakers, talent and their support teams (representatives, glam, security, etc.
) for all publicity-related events, requiring extensive organizational skills, attention-to-detail, and close monitoring of movements while talent are traveling for the campaign.
• Arrange filmmaker and talent glam services, including hair, makeup, and styli.
