Location: Escondido, CA
Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Sage Hill Ranch Gardens is looking for a motivated and reliable Wash & Pack Team Member to join our growing farm. We supply premium produce to some of San Diego's finest restaurants, grocery stores, and farmers markets, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work.
Daily responsibilities include washing, sorting, packing, labeling, and organizing fresh vegetables as they arrive from the field, ensuring every order meets our high standards. This position also includes seeding and caring for vegetable seedlings in our nursery, helping start the crops that will eventually be planted in our fields. This is a fast-paced, physically active position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a high-performance, quality-driven team.
Qualifications:
- No experience required—we will train the right person.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
