Motorcycle Technician (Full-Time)Location: Escondido, CA (serving San Diego & Riverside Counties)

Moto Forza, Southern California’s leading European motorcycle dealership, is hiring a full-time, experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our passionate and professional team.

What You'll Do:
Perform all levels of motorcycle service and repair, including:

Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
Routine maintenance and full services
Warranty and recall work
Advanced electronic and electrical diagnostics
Work on top-tier brands: Ducati, Triumph, Husqvarna, Royal Enfield, and Vespa
Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment

Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of motorcycle dealership experienceStrong mechanical and diagnostic skills, especially with electronic/electrical systemsTriumph and/or Ducati factory certifications preferred (Not Required)Experience with Lightspeed DMS is a plusMust have a valid motorcycle license and clean driving recordMust be insurable
