Responsibilities
Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome.
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
Maintain an organized seating chart while balancing server sections.
Communicate effectively with managers, servers, and kitchen staff.
Answer phones, assist with guest inquiries, and provide accurate wait times.
Ensure the host stand and entrance remain clean, organized, and inviting.
Deliver exceptional hospitality from the moment guests arrive until they are seated.
Qualifications
Previous hosting or restaurant experience required.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-volume environment.

Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required.
