Boutique investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Operations to support the team while ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team including heavy calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expenses
- Arrange and set up/book conference rooms for meetings, ordering food, and setting up equipment
- Assist with administrative projects
- Coordinate internal and client events and training sessions
- Order and organize office and kitchen supplies and track inventory
- Point person with building management for any maintenance issues
- Meet and greet guests ensuring a white glove experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of administrative support experience in financial services required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong technical skills, MS Office Suite is required
- Ability to pivot to changing needs
- No job is too small mentality
- Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines, and be highly organized and detail oriented
- Must be team oriented and a self-starter
