Global, rapidly growing consumer services firm is seeking a top notch Executive Assistant to support the 3 executives.

Responsibilities

Heavy gatekeeping and calendar management
Travel and expenses
Meeting logistics and planning
Revising Word and PPT docs
Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Office management, reception coverage
Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

College degree
5+ years of relevant administrative support experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Concur
Must have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and shift priorities
Be able to simultaneously support multiple executives
Thick-skinned and flexible are key attributes to being successful in this seat
