About the roleOverview The
Commercial Finance Manager is a strategic business partner who bridges the gap between raw financial data and commercial operations. They drive revenue growth, manage pricing and profitability, and evaluate financial risks alongside sales and marketing leaders to maximize overall corporate profit. Key element of this role would be to managed and innovate the sales incentive program.
Reports to: VP of Commercial Finance
Work location: Florham Park, NJ
Work schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days from home)
Key Responsibilities:Commercial Analysis & Planning - Manage sales incentive programs aligned with business objectives: lead the improvement and enhancement of commercial KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure performance analysis drive growth and call attention for potential risks & opportunities
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support monthly business reviews and strategic planning
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation and communication of incentive payouts
- Champion data integrity, automation, and continuous improvement in reporting processes
- Collaborate with regional teams to align revenue planning with business goals & strategy
Governance & Process Improvement - Lead initiatives to consolidate and streamline S&OP of Sales incentive plans
- Continuously contribute to improvements to drive simplification and adherence to plans
The ideal candidate is: - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets and different system sources
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Has the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally with different teams
- Demonstrates Strong problem-solving skills and drive for largedata analysis
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- +6 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
- Extensive experience in Sales Incentive Programs and establishing KPI's.
- Proficiency and ability to fast-learn reporting systems and tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP/BI platforms are a +)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights

The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.
The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $118,700.00 - $169,800.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
