Responsibilities:

Provide support to IT professionals by performing routine system testing and production tasks, including validation of user manuals, procedures, and other instructional materials.
Operate and assist with medium-sized office printers as well as high-speed commercial printing equipment when required.
Capable of lifting and handling office supplies and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, including personal computers, terminals, printers, cabling, and related devices.
Provide technical support to system users and departmental staff by identifying, tracking, documenting, researching, and resolving IT-related issues or service requests.
Follow established procedures for escalating high-priority issues when necessary.

Experience Required:

Two (2) years of highly specialized clerical experience involved in an information systems environment including the use or installation of desktop software and/or operating high-speed commercial printers.

Education Required:

High School Diploma.
