What you'll do:
-Weigh and scale ingredients accurately to recipe spec, every time
-Mix cookie dough and granola with consistency across batches
-Scoop and portion dough consistently and efficiently
-Apply glazes, toppings, and finishing touches with care
-Package products to retail-ready standards
-Assist with end of shift cleaning and kitchen breakdown — we're a small team and everyone pitches in
Who we're looking for:
-Someone reliable and ready to work with a sense of urgency.
-Detail oriented and takes pride in doing things right
-Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a fast paced environment
-Early morning availability required
-Able to lift 50 lbs (flour sacks, sugar bags, large mixing bowls)
-Kitchen or bakery experience preferred — but the right attitude can outweigh a resume
All team members sign a standard Non Disclosure Agreement to protect our proprietary recipes and processes
