An established bilingual home improvement contractor is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales & Marketing Rep. to partner with. This is a unique opportunity for a business-minded leader to build a sales department from the ground up
What You Will Do:
Build or Run: Recruit, train, and manage your own sales team, or operate as a high-performing independent closer.
Co-Invest: Share marketing expenses to generate and scale high-quality inbound leads.
Drive Strategy: Implement modern marketing campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline.
Compensation & Perks:
True Partnership: % profit split per completed project.
Earning Potential: $250,000+ per year (uncapped).
Autonomy: Complete control over your schedule, sales tactics, and team structure.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales management and lead generation (Home Improvement experience preferred).
Financial readiness to co-invest in marketing expenses.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
