A growing, mission‑driven organization in the Louisville area is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Strategy Execution to help turn strategic priorities into consistent, measurable results. This highly visible role reports directly to the President and plays a key part in strengthening systems, developing leaders, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into clear action plans with accountability
- Strengthen processes, systems, and operating rhythms across multiple service lines
- Improve follow‑through on key initiatives and drive operational execution
- Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability and reduce reactive decision‑making
- Partner with Finance to improve budget accountability and operational performance
- Lead operational oversight across multi‑site, labor‑intensive service environments
- Enhance visibility into performance through scorecards and structured reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 7–15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
- Background in multi‑site, labor‑intensive service operations
- Proven ability to build strong managers and leadership teams
- Experience with labor management, service quality, budgeting, and operational performance
- Strong systems thinker with experience building scorecards and execution frameworks
- Clear communicator who balances accountability with empathy
- Experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, hospitality, logistics, healthcare support services, or similar environments is a plus
