We recently completed a system rollout for EDJOIN to introduce new updates and optimizations. Because of these changes, your web browser may still be trying to load an older, cached version of the site, which can cause loading errors or unexpected behavior.
To resolve this issue, please clear your browser's cache and cookies by following the steps below:
For Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge:
On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
Set the Time Range to All Time.
Check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
Click Clear data (or Clear now).
Close all your browser windows, reopen the browser, and log back into EDJOIN.
For Apple Safari (Mac):
Click Safari in the top menu bar and select Settings (or Preferences).
Go to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
Type "edjoin" in the search bar, select it, and click Remove.
To clear cache, go to the Advanced tab and check "Show Develop menu in menu bar." Then click Develop in the top menu and select Empty Caches.
Restart your browser and log back into EDJOIN.
