What You'll Do
- Own social strategy, content cadence, and channel growth across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage and mentor social and community team members, establishing clear performance and response standards.
- Plan, brief, edit, publish, and optimize daily content aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Maintain an organized social calendar and ensure accuracy across links, captions, tags, disclosures, and platform requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, content, influencer, eCommerce, and customer experience teams.
- Analyze performance, run content tests, and provide actionable recommendations through weekly reporting.
- Monitor community engagement, sentiment, and social conversations; turn audience insights into content opportunities.
- Maintain brand voice, content governance, accessibility standards, and platform compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and conversion performance.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7+ years of social media marketing experience with a track record of audience growth and engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital culture, social trends, and platform best practices.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, professional approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work onsite regularly in a collaborative office environment.
