Monday through Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Daily Routine
Start your day at the office
Practice with 2–3 team members
Travel to a nearby neighborhood where we are completing a home renovation project
Observe the manager engaging with homeowners:
Knocking on doors
Asking qualifying questions
Offering a free inspection
Presenting available options
Providing an estimate valid for 12–18 months with no obligation to purchase
Homeowners may contact us later if interested.
Compensation
Hourly pay
Bonuses for qualified appointments
Commissions are paid when your appointment results in a sale
Paid weekly (every Friday)
