Quantum Auto Sales is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is not a position for someone who wants to sit and wait for customers. We are looking for a self-starter who can generate business, create content, work leads, and build relationships that result in sales.

Responsibilities
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
Follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads
Utilize CRM daily to manage customer relationships and follow-up activities
Generate your own leads through networking and social media
Create video and social media content to promote vehicles and build your personal brand
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Work with management to structure and close deals
Maintain product knowledge on inventory and financing options
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
CRM experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish or Vietnamese) is a plus
