💲 Pay: $22.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays required
⏰ Start Time: Must be flexible and available to start between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional **On-Site Customer Service Representative** to join our team in Santa Ana. Job Responsibilities
* Process onboarding paperwork for new hires
* Coordinate and assist with drug screening procedures
* Add employees and enter hours into the timekeeping system
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Respond to emails professionally and promptly
* Maintain accurate employee records and information
* Provide administrative and customer service support as needed
* Travel between office locations when required
Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish and English (**required**)
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional attitude and positive demeanor
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer and data entry skills preferred
* Reliable transportation for travel between office locations
