💵 Pay: $19.00/hr
🕙 Schedule: NIGHT SHIFTS | 10 PM Start - 6:30 AM End | Off Wednesdays and Thursdays | 5 Shifts per Week | Weekends & Holidays Required
🍞 About the Job
• Crema Artisan Bakers is hiring Drivers to deliver our incredible baked goods all over Orange County.
• We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
🧁 Responsibilities
●
● Arrive on time as scheduled. Communicate any tardiness exceeding 5 minutes. A minimum of 4
hours notice for call outs.
● Accurately count and package a variety of breads and desserts.
● Gain familiarity with the delivery locations and entry methods on your route.
● Deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
● Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of your vehicle on a daily basis.
● Communicate all vehicle maintenance needs in writing to the distribution manager.
● Communicate all traffic violations, accidents, and damages in writing to the distribution
manager.
● Due to the nature of our business, applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
● Applicants must be 21+ years old, provide a valid driver's license and provide a copy of a clean
driving record.
● Applicants must be able to operate large vehicles such as a Ford Transit & Mercedes Sprinter.
● Applicants must be able to continually stand for 50% of the shift and continually sit/climb in and
out of the vehicle for 50% of the shift.
● Push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs. Anything excess, request assistance, reduce the load or use other
equipment to facilitate.

• Available day shifts, weekends & holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Can stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift.
• Basic English reading & math skills.
• Dependable, efficient, and team-oriented.
• Fast-paced, hands-on work with frequent movement, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
⚙️ Preferred Skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish strongly preferred.
