PROGRAMMER

Job description:
The Programmers also design and process fixturing for their programs as well, with
that said here is what I have seen a Programmer needs to have experience in.
Ability in Fixturing Concepts and Designing using CAD system. Uses Catia Only
Programing knowledge working with Forged materials.
Experience in working with Titanium, and other Exotic materials.
Tooling knowledge. Knows what tools should be used to cut what materials.
Multi axis programming abilities using 4th,5th,and 6 axes.
Software knowledge in Catia or Mastercam (both would be a plus) and Vericut a
MUST. ( Boeing requires their projects to be run through Vericut and sent to them for

ASSEMBLER

Job description:
Position Summary: Uses hand or power tools to trim, shim, cut, and make other adjustments to fit components together and align them properly. May assist in instructing and training lower-level assemblers. Reads and interprets wiring lists and assembly drawings to work orders using work instructions. May perform any rework from test failures in accordance with standard repair procedures and may set up and operate automated assembly equipment. At the most senior level may serve as a team leader providing training to new staff and evaluating the performance and finished work of assigned staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Determine Detail/Hardware locations per blueprints and mylars
Set-up and operate Drill Press, Pneumatic drills, “C” squeezes, Hand Squeezes, Rivet Pullers.
Set up countersinks per fastener requirements and shop router
Monitor and work with very tight tolerances
Drill holes in structure and subassemblies, and attaches brackets, hinges, or clips to secure installation or to fasten subassemblies per blueprint and customer specifications.
Install units, parts, equipment, and components in structural assembly, according to blueprints and specifications, using hand tools and power tools.
Bolt, screw, or rivet accessories to fasten, support, or hang components and subassemblies.
Locate and mark reference points and holes for installation of parts and components, using jigs, templates, and measuring instruments.
Inspects and tests installed units, parts, and equipment for fit, performance, and compliance with standards, using measuring instruments and test equipment.
Position and align subassemblies in jigs or fixtures, using measuring instruments, following blueprint lines and index points.

General Position Summary:

Job Summary:
The position iS responsible for operating an automatic or manual screen-printing machine to print
multi-color designs on a garment.
Essential Functions:
• Operate an automatic or manual screen-printing machine.
• Mounts screens in specified sequence on the machine.
• Pour printing paste onto screens or fills the automatic feed pan.
• Turns knob to set machine speed and adjusts swing and pressure of squeegees, using hand tools,
according to the type of design and cloth being printed.
• Starts machine and conveyor belt that carries textile articles under screens.
• Inspects articles being printed to detect colors out of the register.
• Turns screws to adjust the position of screens so that each color is printed in allotted spaces in
the design.

The loader/unloader is responsible for placing and removing garments onto the Automatic Press
Machine accurately and carefully to ensure right logo positioning and prevent damaging the garment.
Essential Functions:
• Load and unload garments onto the Automatic Screen Print Machine.

• Help mix ink formulas, clean squeegees, and flood bars.

This position will be responsible for operating the Dye Sublimation printer and transfer unit, and any
other labor / production duties required for the completion of the sublimation process
Essential Functions:
· Prepare and load roll goods or cut pieces onto the calendar press for sublimation printing
· Unload printed pieces from the calendar press, stack and bundle cut pieces by size and type
· Compare color reference swatch to active production units to verify proper color match
· Maintain, load, and operate Monti Antonio heat press.
· Prepare certain orders for the calendar press by cleaning with a lint roller and taping to a
template
· Refilling printer ink cartridges and replacing transfer paper rolls on printer during production
