Full-time position for Office Admin. Company is a Water Emergency/Restoration Company located in Mission Viejo, CA.
Background in industry is highly desired but not required.
Bilingual is optimal. Must be professional and courteous in answering the phones.
Should possess a good working knowledge on a computer.
Duties include data entry, job uploads, communications with insurance companies-clients-vendors-subcontractors.
Knowledge in Xactimate and Xactanalysis is very much desired. But will train.
Other proprietary software programs will be taught.
Must have your own vehicle for transportation and be responsible to show up for work on time.
Willing to train candidate.
