Robert Half Technology is partnering with a rapidly expanding multi-location organization seeking a Senior IT Manager POS to support enterprise technology initiatives, operational scalability, and systems modernization efforts during a major growth phase.
This is a highly visible opportunity for a hands-on technology leader who enjoys managing projects, improving operational processes, supporting business-critical systems, and partnering across multiple departments within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise technology and systems initiatives from planning through implementation
- Manage technical projects, vendors, timelines, and deliverables
- Support system integrations, operational applications, and internal process improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, operations, and leadership
- Assist with documentation, QA processes, governance initiatives, and systems optimization
- Support development and enhancement efforts across internal platforms and operational tools
- Provide leadership and mentorship to technical team members while remaining hands-on when needed
- Assist with budgeting, process standardization, and operational scalability initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT systems, applications, or software-related experience
- 5+ years of leadership or project management experience
- Experience supporting POS systems, ERP platforms, or multi-location operational environments
- Strong understanding of:
- SQL
- APIs & integrations
- Microsoft technologies
- Operational systems
- Vendor management
- Data/reporting environments
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience working within fast-paced operational environments
- Japanese language exposure or experience working with international teams is a plus
