We are looking for a sharp, visually driven Social & Content Lead to own the brand's voice and digital footprint. You will serve as the architect of our content ecosystem and the face of the brand.
We need someone who lives at the intersection of trend-forecasting and production—someone ready to jump in front of the lens and travel internationally to bring the MONOSTATE vision to life.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Serve as on-screen talent for our video content. You will host, narrate, and represent MONOSTATE across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.
- Travel to cultural hubs to capture, direct, and collaborate on premium content with our international boutique partners
- Direct and produce high-energy, video-first content that stops the scroll and drives community interaction.
- Develop a forward-thinking content strategy that moves culture, not just metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand identity feels seamless from the grid to the product UI.
