Telekom Malaysia (USA) Inc. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Assistant Manager, Operations & Project Management.
This role will support customer onboarding, service delivery, project coordination and operational activities for TM USA's international telecommunications business.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate customer onboarding and service implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of customer services.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders on operational matters.
• Support service assurance, incident management and customer escalations.
• Maintain operational records, reports and project documentation.
• Assist in process improvement and operational governance initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Telecommunications, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work across different time zones.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Telecommunications or project coordination experience is an added advantage.
