1M Restoration & Repair is a growing restoration and reconstruction company dedicated to providing the best customer service and quality work possible. We are looking to hire a Mitigation & Reconstruction Coordinator to manage the administrative, scheduling, and communication aspects of restoration and reconstruction projects. This role serves as a liaison between customers, property managers, field personnel, subcontractors, insurance representatives, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
•Communicate project status updates to customers, insurance carriers, adjusters, and team members.
•Coordinate mitigation and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion.
•Schedule inspections, job site visits, subcontractors, and project milestones.
•Maintain accurate project documentation, job files, and customer records.
•Assist with estimating, invoicing, and collections as needed.
•Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or resource conflicts.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
•Process work authorizations, change orders, and other project-related documents.
•Support project managers with job related tasks, vendor coordination, and material ordering.
•Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the restoration and reconstruction process.
•Reliable transportation is required.
•Property management support.
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims, project coordination, or related fields.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and project management software.
•Experience with restoration industry software such as Xactimate and Job-Dox is preferred.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
•Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration processes.
•Understanding of reconstruction and residential/commercial construction practices.
•Familiarity with insurance claims procedures and documentation requirements.
•Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.

Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, and reliable transportation to & from work. Candidate must also be a legal citizen of the US and speak fluent English
