We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious Production Associates/Forklift Operators to support our plastic bottle manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for sit-down forklift operation, material handling, packing, inspection, machine support, and general production duties. Successful candidates are flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Temecula (near Fallbrook)
Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on shift differential)

Key Responsibilities
Operate a sit-down forklift to transport raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility.
Supply production lines with materials and remove finished pallets from production areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor.
Keep material bins stocked and notify the Warehouse team when supplies need replenishment.
Inspect, trim, and pack plastic bottles according to work orders and quality standards.
Feed scrap materials into granulators and assist with regrind handling (HDPE).
Operate case-making and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Stretch wrap, stack, label, and palletize finished products.
Assist Machine Operators with machine clearing, cleaning, and basic production support.
Monitor molding operations and report quality concerns, safety issues, or equipment malfunctions.
Complete production documentation and record scrap counts accurately.
Follow all SQF, GMP, IMS, safety, and company policies.
Support team members and assist with production coverage during breaks and peak production periods.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sit-down forklift experience required.
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work around machinery, varying temperatures, and elevated noise levels.
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility with moving machinery and forklift traffic.
Moderate to loud noise levels.
Exposure to varying temperatures (Hot/Cold) and production environments.
Physical position requiring standing, walking, lifting, and frequent movement throughout the shift.
