We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, reliable Lead Window Installer to join our growing team.
Work schedule:
Monday thru Friday, 7:45am start; ability to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and manage assistant installer.
- Expertly install retrofit windows and sliding glass doors, including performing custom work as needed, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to company quality standards.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers. Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain the process, manage expectations, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily schedule, material loading, worksite safety techniques, daily cleanup, and truck organization.
- Perform final measurements and service calls as needed.
Qualifications:
- A 3-5 year proven track record in expertly installing residential retrofit windows and doors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and train an assistant installer.
- Ability to read installation specifications, ensure precise measurements, and perform interior/exterior trim work.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Punctual, highly organized, and customer-service oriented with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather.
