We are a small residential senior care facility located in Lemon Grove and San Diego. We are looking for new employees who want to join our growing team at our two locations! We specialize in Japanese care, but we also have residents and caregivers that are not Japanese.
We have various shifts available.
Minimum 4 hour shifts.
At least 3 days a week.
Experienced candidate only.
Starting wage $20 and up.
Job responsibilities
- Residents' care (ADL: bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding etc.)
- Medication handling
- Facilitate residents' activities
- Communication with managers about residents' condition and other matters
- Laundry, cleaning, light cooking
Qualification
- Able to work minimum three days per week
- Kind, caring and committed to work for a long term
- Able to work independently during night shifts (if you are scheduled for night shifts.)
- Team player
- Flexible in schedule
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Criminal clearance, health checkup required
- Abilities to speak Japanese or another Asian language is highly desirable, but not required
