The Role
This is a field support position — part driver, part runner, part field rep. You’ll be the connective tissue between our office, our job sites, and our subcontractor crews. If things are running smoothly on a job site, you’ll be part of the reason why.
What You’ll Do
- Drive a company vehicle to deliver paint and materials to job sites across the Augusta area
- Load and unload 5-gallon buckets, ladders, and equipment — this is physical work
- Check in on subcontractor crews in the field and report back daily
- Assist with material staging and supply tracking
- Log daily activity using Google Docs and your smartphone
- Grow into performing quality control (QC) walkthroughs — training provided
What We Need From You
- Valid driver’s license — clean record required (non-negotiable)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Georgia weather
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed — you don’t need babysitting
- Basic computer skills: Google Docs, spreadsheets, and smartphone apps
- Strong communication — you’ll be reporting back to leadership daily
- Construction or trades experience is a plus, but not required
