The Role

This is a field support position — part driver, part runner, part field rep. You’ll be the connective tissue between our office, our job sites, and our subcontractor crews. If things are running smoothly on a job site, you’ll be part of the reason why.

What You’ll Do

Drive a company vehicle to deliver paint and materials to job sites across the Augusta area
Load and unload 5-gallon buckets, ladders, and equipment — this is physical work
Check in on subcontractor crews in the field and report back daily
Assist with material staging and supply tracking
Log daily activity using Google Docs and your smartphone
Grow into performing quality control (QC) walkthroughs — training provided

What We Need From You

Valid driver’s license — clean record required (non-negotiable)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Georgia weather
Reliable, punctual, and self-directed — you don’t need babysitting
Basic computer skills: Google Docs, spreadsheets, and smartphone apps
Strong communication — you’ll be reporting back to leadership daily
Construction or trades experience is a plus, but not required
