Join Maximus as a Finance Manager II, where you will take charge of our company’s financial health. In this pivotal role, you will manage budgets, analyze financial data, and guide crucial financial decisions to help shape our future.
This is a remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the forecasting and budgeting processes by preparing financial models, conducting analysis, and reviewing management presentations.
Develop and scrutinize financial projections, ensuring close alignment with expectations while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Provide valuable insights and advice on financial results, risks, and forecasts.
Lead financial analysis projects and contribute to special projects as needed.
Manage operational productivity analyses and track key performance metrics.
Create and manage project status reports for designated areas of the business.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or financial management.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to influence and provide value-added analysis.
Ability to distill complex issues into clear, logical, and concise insights.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present analyses and recommendations to senior management.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, with an additional emphasis on relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
5 years of financial experience is a must.
Due to customer requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience with technology-related forecasting and budgeting is essential.
Proven ability to convert objectives into actionable results.
Strong understanding of cost allocations and pool structures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Word and Excel.
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills are crucial.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum Salary: $105,000; Maximum Salary: $120,000
