Solana Beach, CA Job Type: Part-Time Mon–Fri (Consistent Shift: 8:00AM-1:45PM with extra hours until 4PM occasionally. Salary Range: $21.50-$23.00 / hour (Depending on experience and credentials)

A Day in the Life of a Lead Teacher
You won’t just be supervising; you’ll be facilitating discovery. On any given day, you will:
● Create and implement engaging, child-led learning experiences based on our play-based curriculum framework.
● Connect with parents through Brightwheel.
● Collaborate with your team during paid staff meetings to share ideas.
What We’re Looking For
The Must-Haves (Minimum Qualifications):
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● At least 12 units of child development college courses.
● At least some experience working with children aged 2–5.
● A warm, empathetic communication style with both children and adults.
● Ability to pass a mandatory state background check and fingerprinting.
