We receive 100-150 + fresh client Homeowner Leads call-ins /walk-ins every day who are either ready or will be ready to sell, considering or looking to qualify to buy, sell, refinance or save home.
We are looking for motivated, licensed real estate professionals who want to grow their business by working with real clients who need help now.

Who We Are Looking For:
Currently licensed California DRE agents preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Must be professional, motivated, and phone-friendly
Must be willing to work hard and follow up consistently
Must be a self-starter with strong communication skills
Must not be allergic to the phone
