DOOR-TO-DOOR CANVASSER | FUTURE TEAM LEAD
Location: Orange County, CA
Compensation:
• $23–$25 per hour starting pay

About Us
We are a growing residential remodeling company specializing in roofing, windows, exterior renovations, insulation, coatings, and other home improvement solutions throughout Southern California.
We're building our canvassing department from the ground up and looking for a motivated individual who wants to grow with the company. The right candidate will start as a canvasser and have the opportunity to become our first Canvassing Team Lead as we expand.
Responsibilities
• Generate homeowner interest through door-to-door canvassing
• Set qualified appointments for our inspection team
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Track appointments and lead activity
• Help grow brand awareness in local neighborhoods
• Assist in training and developing future canvassing team members
Qualifications
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
• Door-to-door, canvassing, solar, roofing, pest control, telecom, fundraising, or home improvement experience preferred but not required
• Leadership mindset with a desire to advance into a management role
