JOB TITLE: Planning & Program Management Seasonal Assistant

JOB SUMMARY: The Planning & Program Management seasonal will assist the Sr. Manager of Planning and Program Management “PPM” in a variety of ways, such as, but not limited to, helping monitor project and campaign progress, setting deadlines, proactively work to solve issues that arise, and help ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Support with Media & Marketing planning and execution efforts across the business portfolio and platforms.
- Coordinate with all facets of cross-functional groups by organizing and scheduling meetings for key stakeholders and creating actionable next steps through recaps.
- Manage project briefs, and develop project timelines in our project management software, Wrike.
- Work closely with the Programming team across Marketing Verticals, Communications, and Arrowhead Events to drive programs, streamline processes, identify and remove blockers.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Ability to manage key external agency partners and third-party vendors, including drafting scopes of works, reviewing proposals, and managing invoices.
- Organize, schedule and drive regular meetings with cross-functional team members and as needed with key stakeholders for urgent actionable items.
- Support the team by developing materials including internal Comms, agendas, and briefs.
- Support the team with maintaining up-to-date information, calendars, and key information and communicating it out to the team.
- Own the development of monthly correspondence with internal parties that details upcoming projects, important dates, and more.
- Adaptable project manager, who brings both analytical and creative thinking to their daily role.
- Projects are often explorative and strategic in nature and require strong project management skills.
- Assist in day-to-day business operations like shipping, supporting staff off-sites, and other duties as assigned.
Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, etc.
- Strong strategic planning and consensus building skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills; leadership and team building
- Strong creative, ability to manage multiple projects at once, project management and organizational skills
- Understanding of Wrike project management software
- Strong communication skills – presentation, written, verbal
- Experience in Brief Development, PowerPoint Storytelling, and Excel
