Role Overview We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Junior Production Coordinator to support our production team across events, shoots, and brand activations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves — including taking full ownership of events solo when called upon.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of events, brand activations, and production shoots
- Independently execute events from start to finish when required, serving as the lead on-site point of contact
- Support day-of logistics including vendor coordination, load-in/load-out, and on-site setup
- Manage production schedules, run-of-show documents, and internal calendars
- Liaise with vendors, talent, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Handle administrative tasks including POs, expense tracking, and supply procurement
- Maintain organized production files, shot lists, call sheets, and contact sheets
- Assist with recaps, post-event reporting, and asset collection
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in event production, brand marketing, or a related field
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with project management tools a plus
- Miami-based and available for local events and activations
Schedule & Availability
- Office hours are 10AM–6PM, however events frequently require extended hours
- Availability on weekends and holidays is required as events are not limited to weekdays
