Position: Stock Room Clerk
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Are you an experienced inventory professional looking for a stable opportunity with a growing company? We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stock Room Clerk to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. This role is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production operations, and ensuring materials are available when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using an ERP system.
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and products.
Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
Control and monitor all incoming and outgoing inventory activities.
Organize and store materials in designated stockroom locations.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices and accurately document lot numbers.
Support production by ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Work flexible hours as needed to support production requirements.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of inventory control, stockroom, or materials management experience.
Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions.
Strong cycle counting and inventory reconciliation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, move, and handle inventory materials safely.
Sit-down forklift experience is preferred but not required.
