Well established Countertop Company is looking for the right individual to lead our Installation teams. This position reports directly to our General Manager. Must be proficient in reading/writing/speaking English & Spanish
Position Summary
The Install Supervisor leads our team of installers and templaters responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing countertops. This role manages scheduling, operations, and customer satisfaction throughout the installation process. Hands on installation responsibility as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Schedule template and installation appointments efficiently and on time
• Manage team workload and capacity while ensuring high-quality execution
• Supervise, coach, and support the install/template team
• Oversee the scheduling of installations and related administrative tasks
• Generate reports as needed
• Collaborate with departments such as Sales and Customer Service
• Respond to and resolve escalated installer or customer issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
