Full-Time position; Monday-Friday
Accounting knowledge – Quickbooks
Accounts Payable invoice entry
Account reconciliation
Assist with payroll
Assist with Farmers Market vendors
Assist with Craft Fair and Holiday Nights
Helping answer BW general inquiry emails
Sorting and distributing mail daily
Answering phones
Filing
Keeping offices in order, emptying trash cans etc.
Cross train in retail shops to provide temp support if needed
Cross train in Tasting Room to provide support if needed
Maintain office calendars
SDG&E meter reading for tenants
Create shipping labels as needed
Use Tock to create, edit, cancel reservations
Check-in and various duties as needed during BW produced events
Assist with BW donations
Skills/Qualifications:
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly customer service oriented.
Strong proficiency using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn other software and databases.
Other critical skills include planning & organizing; problem identification/resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through skills to bring tasks to closure in a timely manner, priority setting, and having a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.
Must be available and willing to work evenings and weekends.
CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors and RBS Trained
Ability to stand on one’s feet for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs. (approximately one full case [12 bottles] of wine.)
