• Weekdays, weekends, and holidays is a must
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours
• Able to climb ladders and move efficiently around the store
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Hardware Store Associate, you’ll be a key part of our team, helping customers and keeping the store running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
Customer Support
• Greet and assist customers with product selection
• Offer knowledgeable advice on tools, materials, and DIY projects
• Operate the register
• Address customer concerns with professionalism
Inventory & Merchandising
• Stock shelves and maintain organized displays
• Receive, unpack, and sort deliveries
• Ensure inventory accuracy and product quality
• Safely lift and move merchandise
Specialty Services
• Mix paint
• Cut keys
• Help troubleshoot basic tool issues
