Hudson Printing is a growing commercial print and branded merchandise company seeking an experienced Embroidery Operator to join our production team in Carlsbad.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of professional embroidery experience operating commercial multi-head embroidery equipment.
PAY:
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday
Full-Time
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years professional embroidery experience
• Experience operating commercial multi-head embroidery machines
• Experience hooping a variety of garments including caps, polos, jackets, bags, and specialty items
• Ability to perform thread changes, machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality control
• Ability to read work orders and follow production schedules
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Wilcom embroidery software
• CAMFive embroidery equipment
• Digitizing knowledge a plus
• Experience with appliqué, patches, and specialty embroidery techniques
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines
• Load designs and verify stitch files
• Hoop garments and prepare production runs
• Monitor embroidery quality throughout production
• Perform thread changes and basic machine maintenance
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines
• Inspect finished products for quality before release
