Production Inspection Operator
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Duration: Approximately 1 week, with potential extension until project completion
Language: Mandarin Chinese preferred
Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Production Inspection Operators to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform visual inspections of capsules to ensure product quality, identify defects, and support production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, focused, and able to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities
Quality Inspection
Visually inspect capsules for defects and quality issues.
Identify and remove defective products, including:
Cracked or leaking capsules
Improperly sealed capsules
Dented, damaged, or deformed capsules
Discolored or contaminated capsules
Foreign material or other visible defects
Sort and separate rejected products.
Report quality concerns to supervisors.
Maintain inspection accuracy while meeting productivity goals.
Production Support
Assist with packaging, sorting, counting, and labeling products.
Follow established work instructions and production schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Support housekeeping and production line activities.
Assist with additional duties as assigned.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
Adhere to quality, sanitation, and manufacturing standards.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, inspection, packaging, assembly, or warehouse environments.
Experience in dietary supplements, food production, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/cGMP).
Mandarin Chinese language skills.
