Each Interior Designer provides vital Real Estate team functions:
- Support in project set-up and organization of project files.
- Support the design team in preparing files for test-fitting including receiving and editing AutoCAD files and developing an initial Revit file.
- Support the team in developing and refining test-fits for field offices.
- Attending design meetings with external design firm.
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings with the internal real estate team.
- Prepare internal resources for move-coordination team, including but not limited to seating chart plans, and coffee and water location plans
- Prepare internally coordinated packages for review, approval, and production including signage, graphics, and branding.
- Assist in development of office welcome packet for new office openings.
- Support the selection and coordination of art for the field offices.
We are looking for people with the following:
- Revit, AutoCAD and/or Sketchup, Adobe Suite (including InDesign and Illustrator), graphic rendering
- Accredited interior design degree
- 1-3 years corporate interior design or relevant interior design experience
- Interest and intention in pursuing NCIDQ certification
- Graphic rendering abilities and graphic design experience or interest
- Strong graphic presentation and communication skills
- Working knowledge of interior design construction drawings and detailing; building systems, and ADA requirements
- Project coordination experience working with consultants and vendors
- Proactive, resourceful, detail oriented
