Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a growth minded leader with beer and wine knowledge and restaurant management experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage front of house employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service focusing on customer engagement and hospitality
- Follow procedures adhering to inventory and payroll budgets.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
- Perform duties necessary for the benefit of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous food and beverage and/or restaurant/restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
