Overview
We are a fast-growing organization seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive and scale a steady pipeline of high-quality, conversion-ready opportunities through outbound and partner-driven acquisition channels. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure all inbound opportunities meet compliance standards and align with downstream conversion goals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-funnel acquisition through third-party, outbound, and partner-based channels
- Oversee and optimize a $1M+ monthly marketing budget across 10–12+ external partners
- Own key performance metrics including CPA, ROI, pacing, and daily volume targets
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendor relationships; scale high-performing partners and address underperformance
- Execute and refine multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, and approved platforms)
- Develop and iterate on messaging, sequencing, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates
- Vet and qualify incoming opportunities, ensuring accurate CRM documentation and smooth handoff to Intake
- Review and manage vendor agreements (MSAs, SOWs, IOs) in alignment with internal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strict adherence to SB-37, CCPA, and internal data privacy and compliance standards
- Collaborate with leadership across departments to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives
- Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and insights to growth and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, lead acquisition, or growth-focused roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and external vendor or agency relationships
- Strong grasp of performance metrics including CPA, ROI, attribution models, and lead quality
- Background in legal, regulated industries, or high-volume B2C environments preferred
- Experience executing outbound and/or partnership-led acquisition strategies
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally with ownership over outcomes from strategy through execution
- Highly organized, analytical, and effective in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
