Position Summary:We are seeking an IT Support Engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and delivering exceptional service to internal users.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to expand beyond traditional help desk support and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, identity and access management, and enterprise technology operations. You'll play a key role in securing, supporting, and improving the systems that power our business.
What you'll do:
- Serve as a primary technical resource for employees across multiple Florida locations.
- Resolve escalated hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and device deployment.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, MFA, SSO, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, printers, mobile devices, VPN connectivity, and cloud applications.
- Monitor and manage endpoints through NinjaOne and other management tools.
- Support Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
- Partner with security and systems administration teams on escalated issues and projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements that enhance reliability and user experience.

Travel Responsibilities:
- This position requires occasional travel to Florida office locations, averaging 1-2 times per month.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of IT support, systems support, or service desk experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Intune, MFA/SSO, Windows 11, Dell/HP hardware, VPN, wireless networking, and endpoint management.
- Experience with RMM tools such as ConnectWise & Ninja One.
- Familiarity with Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
Bonus Points:
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900, SC-900, or equivalent.
- Security+, Microsoft Security, or other cybersecurity-related certifications.
- Experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Experience with endpoint security and device management platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-location organizations and remote workforces.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-53.
- Understanding of identity and access management, conditional access policies, and security best practices.
- Exposure to vulnerability management, compliance initiatives, or security awareness programs.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Work will be performed in office environments. Travel to our FL office locations, as described is required.
