Sprinklr is seeking aSolutionsConsultant to partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams in driving strategic engagements with enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a consultative, outcome-driven professional with deepexpertisein marketing technology, customer experience, and digital transformation.
As aSolutions Consultantat Sprinklr, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, helping themcreateand implement solutions that leverage Sprinklrs Unified-CXM platform to deliver measurable business outcomes across marketing, social, and customerexperience functions.
At Sprinklr, Solution Consultants have the technical knowledge and business consulting acumen to uncover a customers current and future stateneedsand their goals to best position Sprinklrs platform. They speak from a position of confidence and credibility with their product and industry knowledge and can provide insights and build rapport easily while being a trusted advisor.
WhatYoullDo
Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes across marketing, social media, customercareand CX.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing) to deliver compelling demos, create solutionarchitecturesand align to positive business outcomesand go-to-market strategy.
Stay current on industry trends in mar-tech, social media,contact center,and customer experience to inform solution strategy and client conversations.
Who You Are
Experienced Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineerwith experience inaroleat a SaaS company working with Enterprise clients
A strategic thinker with experience in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting.
Experience guiding prospects and customers through structured problem solving and value realization frameworksandhelping clients innovate and transform their customer experiences.
Familiar with platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social MediaManagement,Business IntelligenceandCCaaS, as well as integrations between systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent business and technical presentation skills (remote and in-person), communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE
$134,000 - $223,000
The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklrs discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.
