A day in the life:
· Work on DC peripheral devices, include the following: RF devices, Voice devices, PCs, Wifi, & printers
· Manager and oversee all hardware issues, repairs, and track maintenance for the devices
· Support assigned projects - meet project timelines, support the delivery of project goals and objectives, and resolve project problems.
· Perform preventative maintenance on printers, autobaggers, and DC peripherals
· Leads the other Associate Support Analysts on the campus (who are likely on different shifts)
· Acts as primary POC for DC operations team on their campus, and possibly multiple nearby campuses.
· Assists is hardware purchases across all DC’s
Qualifications:
· Understanding of DC peripheral devices and maintenance
· Extremely organized and detail oriented
· Ability to communicate efficietly with vendors and end users to triage issues
· Pursuing an IT focused degree, preferred
