We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Finance Manager to support our Human Nutrition & Health business. This is a high-visibility role where you'll partner directly with business leaders, influence key decisions, and help drive growth, profitability, and operational performance.

What You'll Do
As a trusted business partner to commercial leadership, you will blend hands-on financial management with strategic insight to support business performance and long-term growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Business Unit Directors to provide financial guidance and strategic decision support
- Lead monthly financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes
- Deliver clear, actionable insights by explaining business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support pricing strategy, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives
- Build financial models and perform ad hoc analysis to support operational and commercial decisions
