About the Role:
We’re hiring a dedicated Steward / Dishwasher + Prep Hybrid to support both back-of-house operations and culinary prep. This role is vital to the heartbeat of the kitchen—clean, efficient, and connected to everything we do.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen dish/prep role.
Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Basic prep knowledge and willingness to learn more.
Physical stamina and ability to stay focused during service.
Responsibilities:
Maintain dish area, clean equipment, and sanitize kitchen tools.
Assist with daily prep when needed (washing produce, basic knife work, station setup).
Handle trash, recycling, and kitchen closing duties.
Work closely with cooks and chefs to support a smooth, respectful kitchen environment.
