Fryer Line Cook (PM Shift) Position Summary
CTZN is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Fryer Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position is responsible for executing all fryer station items with consistency, speed, and precision while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food quality, and teamwork.

Schedule
Wednesday through Sunday
Shift begins at 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM
Shift ends after kitchen close and completion of station breakdown (typically 10:00 PM–11:00 PM)
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute all fryer station menu items according to CTZN standards.
Properly bread, season, fry, and plate dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
Maintain station mise en place and ensure adequate product levels throughout service.
Follow all recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications.
Monitor fryer oil quality and report maintenance needs when necessary.
Ensure food is prepared safely and in accordance with health department regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
Assist with kitchen prep projects as directed by the Chef or Sous Chef.
Complete end-of-night cleaning, station breakdown, and closing duties.
Support fellow team members and contribute to smooth kitchen operations during service.
Qualifications
Previous kitchen or fryer experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
